The air-conditioned Glasshouse seamlessly combines natural beauty with contemporary design, providing a distinct ambiance for an unforgettable reception.
The catering team utilises fresh, seasonal ingredients to prepare a menu according to your preferences.

Wedding Planner: Comprehensive planning and coordination services

Decor & Styling: Includes a welcome board, wishing well, candles, table setting & linen, and styling to compliment the chosen colour scheme.

Florals: Features two large floral arrangements and table vases with seasonal flowers to compliment the bridal suite.
​
Furniture: We offer beautiful hardwood tables with modern chairs for formal dining, or a combination of wine barrels and hardwood tables and chairs for cocktail-style dining.
​
Catering: this varies depending on dining style, chosen caterer and guest numbers. Menu options offered.
​
Bar: you can nominate your own TAB $value and select from all beverages stocked.

Cake: Single tier, butter cream, with various flavours available
Other Inclusions: Equipment such as a lectern, fairy lights, audio & Mic. and X-Beam greenery in the Glasshouse is complimentary​​​

The above prices are a guide. Your price can be tailored depending on your customisations, like number of guests, event duration, and add-ons, which will be discussed at your viewing.

For Your Reception In The Glasshouse

Schedule a private viewing at Montvale where we will discuss the finer details of your event including your number of guests, wedding duration and any other customisations to your package.
After our meeting together, we’ll send you a proposal, which includes an invoice for your deposit, and a ‘Terms & Conditions’ contract.
A deposit of 25% of the package price is required to secure the booking.
Once your deposit has been received we’ll begin the planning of your reception.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Montvale offers Ceremony and Reception professionally planned packages, tailored to your taste.
OR, you can choose to utilise our Wedding Planner to create your own bespoke package from scratch.
​
Saturdays are reserved for Ceremonies with Receptions.
‘Ceremony only’ bookings, and ‘Reception only’ bookings, can be made for Saturdays if the booking is made with short notice (within 6 months) and the chosen date is available.
​
A booking on the Montvale Estate includes the exclusive use of the areas chosen for your event. The venue has a maximum capacity of 60 people and a Sunshine Coast Council requirement means that the Estate must close its gates at 10pm.
There is abundant accommodation within walking distance, and onsite parking with overflow available.
​
A booking is confirmed with a 25% deposit. We then arrange a meeting with our Wedding Planner to start the wedding planning process.
​
Montvale is not a DIY venue.
Montvale is a no-smoking venue.
​
Children are welcome to attend ceremonies, however for receptions, we welcome those over the age of 16 years. Those under 16 years may stay for dinner before departing.
There are no restrictions for babies in prams.
